Christmas Gift in February
The people I’ve spoken with by email have been very pleasant, but sadly the business as a whole is lacking. An item ordered mid December arrived at the end of February due to sourcing issues, followed by multiple errors. I was refunded the postage, but that doesn’t make it right. The item itself is of good quality and the recipient likes it, but I won’t be ordering again.
